Non-Legal Avuncular Test (Mother - 1 Child - 1 Aunt or Uncle)

An avuncular test involves testing the child’s paternal aunt or uncle (the alleged father’s sister or brother). Including the mother in this test is strongly recommended as it strengthens the genetic evidence. Generally, this test will not give results as strong as a grand parentage test, but it is still a good option if the only people available for testing are the alleged father's siblings.

A non legal avuncular test kit allows you to collect the DNA samples in your own home and at your own convenience. The avuncular testing results produced by the home kit will provide you a peace of mind for your unique situation, but cannot be used for legal purposes.
